Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card. You connect your own AI provider key, so you only pay your provider for what your agent uses.
Do plans include AI usage?
Plans don't mark up AI usage. You bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter key and see the token cost of every run in the debugger and in Analytics.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; your agents, flows, characters and conversation history stay exactly as they are.
What counts as a connected inbox?
Each connection on the Accounts page: a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, a GoHighLevel sub-account, a SmartLead or Instantly workspace, or a website chat widget.
Which plan is right for an agency?
Agency. One agent can serve many GoHighLevel sub-accounts, each client can have its own widget, and the MCP server lets you set clients up from Claude Code or Cursor.
