Refund policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This Refund policy is part of the Terms and conditions between you and Dware Inc. (d/b/a ReplySetter). By buying a plan, starting a free trial or letting a subscription renew, you agree to it.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on any payment. This covers every plan, subscription, renewal, upgrade, seat, add-on and one-time purchase, whether monthly or for a longer period.
Subscriptions you didn't cancel in time
Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the start of each billing period. If you did not cancel before your renewal date, or before your free trial ended, the charge for the new period is final and will not be refunded, even if you meant to cancel, forgot, didn't use the Service during that period, or cancelled shortly after the charge.
Things that do not cancel a subscription, and do not make a renewal refundable:
- not using the Service, or not logging in;
- deleting agents, inboxes, team members or workspace content;
- disconnecting or uninstalling an integration (including from GoHighLevel or another marketplace);
- emailing, messaging or telling a team member that you want to stop, without cancelling in Billing;
- your card being replaced or expiring, where the card network updates it automatically.
No refunds in any of these cases either
- Partial billing periods, unused time, or unused replies, contacts, seats or features.
- Downgrading to a cheaper plan or to the Free plan.
- Free trials that converted to a paid plan.
- Dissatisfaction with the Service, with results (leads, bookings, sales), or with AI output.
- Features that changed, or third-party services (inbox providers, CRMs, calendars, AI model providers, platforms) that changed, failed or blocked your account.
- Accounts suspended or closed because you broke the Terms, including spam, misuse or a payment dispute.
- Charges made by third parties, such as AI model usage billed through your own API keys or messaging fees.
- Amounts you charged your own clients through agency or rebilling features; refunds to your clients are your responsibility.
How to cancel
Cancel any time in the app under Billing. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date shown there (or before your trial ends). After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and you won't be charged again. Checking your renewal date and cancelling on time is your responsibility.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same period or charged an amount different from your plan because of an error on our side, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with the invoice number. If we confirm the error, we will reverse the incorrect amount only. This is a correction of our mistake, not a refund, and does not apply to correct charges for a subscription you did not cancel.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback for a charge allowed under this policy breaks the Terms: we may suspend or close the account straight away, we will give the card issuer evidence of your agreement, subscription, usage and cancellation history, and you remain liable for the amount, chargeback fees and collection costs.
Where the law says otherwise
ReplySetter is sold to businesses. If a law that cannot be excluded by contract gives you a right to a refund, this policy applies to the fullest extent that law allows and we will honour only what it strictly requires. Where you would otherwise have a right of withdrawal for digital services, you expressly ask us to start providing the Service immediately when you subscribe and acknowledge that you lose that right once the Service has started. Any refund we choose to give in a particular case is a one-off courtesy at our sole discretion and does not change this policy or create a right to future refunds.
